Payment Option

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT MODES

We accept a wide range of payment modes just to ensure that all of our clients are able to enjoy quality service from us without experiencing any difficulty in payments.

Important Note:

It's mandatory that all our customers making payment for services should send email to support@kdksoftware.com and give all details pertaining to their payment so that we can update our records and active your account or services with us. Some of the mode of payments avialable with us are by Cheque/Cash/DD/Online payment .

KDK Software Provides you the facility to Pay by Cheque/DD/Cash. You can make Cash Deposits and Bank Transfers to the following accounts:

Transaction Fees & Payment Instructions

  • Funds credited to your account are subject to transaction fees charged by intermediary banks.
  • Please ensure that Cheque or Demand Draft is payable at Jaipur, India for the selected amount in Indian Rupees. Please write your KDK Softwares username on the back of the cheque.
  • Attach Payment Slip, Scanned copy of Cheque or DD.

It's easy and convenient to pay your payment by credit card. You can use your MasterCard or Visa Card to:

1 Purchase of new software
2 Online Migration of software
3 Online Renewal of software
4 Pay any amount owed for prior years

Provide your Payment details and Confirm Payment

1 Pay through your Net Banking account with Citibank, IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, OBC, SBI or Punjab National Bank.
2 Enter Payment Details.
3 Click on the “Online Payment” button to initiate payment.
4 You will be directed to a payment gateway where you will be asked to choose the payment mode- Credit Card or Netbanking Account. If you choose Credit Card, you will have to enter your credit card details; alternately you will be taken to your Net banking site where you have to input your netbanking userid/password.
5 Your payment will be authenticated over the gateway and your credit card or your bank account will be instantly debited.
6 You will receive an online confirmation and a Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request.

Q.1 Is there a fee ?
Yes. Transaction charges a convenience fee for this service. The fee is based on the amount of your payment as follows:
  • • 3.4% of the amount paid
  • • Example of fee:
      Amount Paid = Rs. 10,000
      Convenience Fee = Rs. 10,340
Q.2 What payment information will I need?
You will need:
  • • The type of payment you're making (e.g. Purchase of new software or other payment information).
  • • Your credit card number and expiration date.
Q.3 When will my payment be effective?
Your payment is effective on the date you charge it.
Q.4 What if I change my mind after I made the charge?
If you pay your payment by credit card and later reverse the credit card transaction, you may be subject to pay transaction charges applied by franchise. If you overpay, we will issue you a refund.
